Really, every single surgeon must consider etnicity to properly do his job, because etnicities and moreover races could have important dirrefences in body structure, biochemistry, sensitivity to treatments and so on. You can't properly treat niggers, asians and whites in the same way because they are different. Differences between etnicities within race are smaller, but they exist too and have to be considered by any doctor.
But the content of article tells a story about yet another insane woke shit.
Looks weird - article itself condemning woke shit, but at the same time tries to follow woke shit in headline about equality of etnicities.
The wrong thing is not that surgeons required to consider etnicity. The wrong thing is the purpose of that considering.

Exactly. Patients should be prioritised on their condition, but treated considering etnic differences in human bodies. Etnicity should definitely be considered, but for treatment, not for prioritizing them.
