I have been Carnivore for 5 1/2 years now and am in much better health than I was 10 years ago. I can do half a dozen muscle ups as an old man.
Yeah, I am concerned about the meat and eggs I eat, especially about the mRNA vaccines they might be receiving and also feed like soy that increases the amount of PUFA's in the meat. I don't have a great answer for that.
However Animal products, especially animal fat, contain all of the Vitamins and Minerals I need except for salt and magnesium which I use of course.
Plants on the other hand contain pesticides, toxins, anti-nutrients etc. which make them problematic at best.
Who cares?
Just go Carnivore and supplements aren't needed.

Hint: You may be ok if you eat wild game. If your eating store bought animals, they are only fed a diet of corn, recycled animals parts, and plastic(https://www.fayobserver.com/story/news/2022/05/05/nc-pig-feed-plastics-claim-went-tiktok-viral-does-public-have-worry/6984395001/). Your gonna end up mineral deficient....
Eating a wide array of foods would be your best bet to avoid supplements...
