Fuck bananas. Ill eat them once in a while, but I hate the texture so much and the flavor is pretty lacking. Eating green bananas are gross but I guess better for you if your diabetic.
Id love to try a Gros Michel, something tells me that would be more my flavor. To bad they went extinct(hah I guess they do still exist, not sure how you would get one though). Every story about the old bananas usually ends with saying how the new ones are nowhere near as good.
Anyway, im not potassium or magnesium deficient. The only thing out of whack is the phosphorous and uric acid levels. Makes it pretty obvious I have kidney damage but these retard doctors keep saying its normal and I am fine. Just want to wait until I either fall and shatter my bones or have kidney failure. Canadian healthcare fucking blows.
I stopped drinking soda and taking phosphorous supplements. I was supposed to go get my parathyroid test results a few weeks back, after getting a call 3 hours after the blood draw. Gave up after they didnt have a doctor for a day. Ill get my phosphorous checked again and see the results when I go in to refill my gout medication. Fucking gout, had my first real attack where I was crippled for fucking 4 weeks, hobbling around. Dont know what the fuck I would have done if I had a job I had to go to.
I eat alot of vegetables, especially leafy green stuff. Also, dont be picky. Eat as much of a different variety as you can. If your really in tune to your body. You can walk through a produce section somewhere and your body will notice the foods you need.

Also is the guy who thinks that plants are poisoning you so you shouldnt eat them still here? It occurred to me, the ones that dont want to be eaten, make actual fucking poison rofl. Many plants, like berrys, want to be consumed because in the wild you, or a animal would carry the seeds around and poop them out somewhere, Its a win/win for both sides.
