Well, mutli vitamins arent as helpful as just eating clean, non toxic foods. What really blew my mind was researching the carnivore diet. Plants are bad for us.
You can benefit from.some vitamins, but you have to know what you are takingn and why
The study that showed that the blood type diet has SOME validity was removed. I always failed the Atkins diet, I got sick. Perfectly great as a vegan. Guess who's blood type works best as a vegan?
Type A and B, i read "Eat right for your blood type". A lot of the arguments are based on the erroniois theory that humans evolved here.
Yiu got sick because atkins is an unhealhy diet that mixes veggies with whatever cheap meat you can affors.
Carnivore diet also uses the false theory of human evolution as a partial justification, but the real strength in the science is the web lab data, exposing toxins in common veggies and nuts while also pointing to the lack of evidence that they are " healthy" in humans.
Also, if you try carnivore, dont eat commerical meat. Eat wild meats and fish. Also,, separate carbs on diffent days... eat fruits and whatever unprocessed carbs you want for 2 days a week. Then back to mean only.
No sprices, just salt.
