Also, if you try carnivore, dont eat commerical meat. Eat wild meats and fish. Also,, separate carbs on diffent days... eat fruits and whatever unprocessed carbs you want for 2 days a week. Then back to mean only.

I won't be trying carnivore. I've been vegan for over 15 yrs. I won't be going back to eating dead animals. Don't mix up what I said, I said the people most successful as vegan can be identified by blood type. That's not the same as blood type diet.
Waste your time on someone else. I've never been healthier until I went vegan. Nothing you link will override my personal experience.
For sure. Nothing like a good old closed off mind to speed conversations along. I also have years of experience being vegitarian and several weeks on wild meat with carb cycling. Vegi life was not healthy, i didnt realize it at the time though. But with wild meats 5 days a week, no spices, no veggie or carbs except and orange or apple. and a couple days a week to eat pizza and beer....its be a whole new level of energy and congition.
