All these decades later you can still point up to the persistent white lines in the sky in an attempt to get people to catch on to the reality of weather manipulation. But still, they mostly look at you like you have lost your mind. It is quite frustrating...

to get people to catch on to the reality...there seems to be an open checkbook to pay for this

a) the many willingly ignoring perceivable reality for suggested fiction...gives the few the power of mass consent to define reality through fiction.

b) CHECK, verb - "to stop; to restrain; to hinder; to curb"...ignorance keeps the many in check; the suggestions of the few for which the many ignore perceivable, "binds" aka spell-bounds them to the few, who in return become the accountants aka "bookies" (bookkeeper).

Signal (perceivable) towards antennas (perceiving)...anything suggested jams consenting antennas from comprehending perceivable signal.
