But isn't that what you are asking the flat earthers to do? They have a model that is pretty close to what they believe, just as you do.

What's their model?

It's called a Gleason map

Just so we are clear: you believe that this is an accurate map of a flat Earth?

That is there model. Isn't that what you asked for? I mean a globe would be the non flat earth model and isn't accurate either. Remember they found out earth is pear shaped.

I don't think the Gleason map is an accurate map of a flat Earth. When he applied for the patent the author was aware and in full knowledge that the map was just a projection of the spherical Earth. And he stated that in the patent filling. But, I'm not sure you're aware of this ... privately Alexander Gleason said that was the only way he was allowed to publish his work.

Nevertheless, I found it useful for modelling. For instance in regards to time zones, which only make sense on a flat level plane.

I can't believe you write a post mocking flat Earth and haven't seen a copy of the Gleason's map. It was publish in the 19th century, and can be easily downloaded.

They have no model and no observational data. They have nothing resembling reality in any form and cannot even perform basic geometry on their claimed plane.

That is untrue. At 8 inches squared per mile for a ball earth. You can go 8 inches time 3 miles is 24 times 3 again for squared and it is 72 inches. So if you are six feet tall and you can see shore line or a shore line level object over three miles away than it is flat. They claim they can and show picture of it. Example is the world record setting photo for length.

That is observational data. Look I am not saying the earth is flat, but they aren't stupid or crazy, they have a lot of thought and research into it. For example did you know that NASA is the Hebrew word meaning to deceive. They could just be laughing in your face.

They use words for everything, Hebrew, Greek, Latin, etc. For instance the word Heliocentric ... it was first used by the Pythagorean cult who returned to Greece from Egypt 3rd century BC. Helios for ancient Egyptians is Horus, the Sun God they used to worship. Centric means center. So, Heliocentric means the worship of Horus (the Sun God). We are being taught a 2500 year old cult/religion masquerading as Science. Shame on us if we fall for this.

Hazaa, much love you see it too. I did not realize that one though. It is amazing how much goes back to Horus though. With the whole Washington monument thing.

That is observational data.

No? Literally no?

they aren't stupid or crazy

They’re both, yes.

they have a lot of thought and research into it.

They’re completely incorrect about it, so no amount of shitting on the bed is going to make it a good place to sleep.

For example did you know that NASA is the Hebrew word meaning to deceive.

And if that meant a single goddamned thing, it would mean a single goddamned thing.

Earth not flat. Paid shills not tell truth. Not hard understand.

Wow, almost everything you just typed is wrong. I

literally explained how they collect data through observation.

Researching and trying to figure out the world around you is far from stupid. In fact questioning things that have been fed to you since a child takes a certain amount of intelligence.

There is a ton they are not incorrect about. Most things work perfectly fine in both systems, such a solar eclipses.

NASA meaning we are lying to you should mean something. They picked the name for a reason. Home depot is a place you go to, to build a home. I wouldn't by my lumber from Broken wood supply.
