Are you fucking insane? He did this in his role as a government official with the backing of the request of the government.
It's illegal for a government official to, without the consent of congress, utilize a loan or service already approved by congress as blackmail to get someone to stop prosecuting the company that paid off his son.

He asked Ukraine to cooperate in an investigation of what Biden did (which they are legally obligated to do according to international treaty between USA and Ukraine) and demoKKKrats screamed QUID PRO QUO QUID PRO QUO!!!
