The west has no viable weapons to confront Russia, so if anything should be praised for stopping an all out war, it would be the western lack of innovation and viable war products.

But, if it is all "decades-old NATO arms", then, I assume, there must exist something that could be named modern NATO arms, isn't it? Name something that is new, modern and up to date and cool and wonderful that NATO have on duty and it is not "decades-old NATO arms" like that crap West send to Ukraine or trying to place around Russia.
