To be perfectly honest Zap, one billion is stretching it. You cannot hide such a thing.
Yes there are injuries and excess death, but they already perfectly calculated the number beforehand so that it cannot be noticed ... at least so far.
You could say that a 50% increase in deaths (i.e. from 100 deaths a year to a 150 deaths a year) is hardly noticeable for the average person yet it wouldn't decrease the population anywhere near a billion.
Interesting, do you have a link to a Cliff High video pertaining that report (not that I'm too lazy to look at a report itself, but I know he typically puts out good video explanations of his information)? I haven't watched any of his stuff in probably six months or longer, but that guy is of course somebody who has been right about a lot of things.

Wow, just imagine them pulling this off, convincing everyone that everything is ok, while half the world quietly dies over the next decade.

My man! Thanks. Just now came back at midnight; thanks for finding this. I'm gonna have Siri read it to me (too lazy to read sideways in bed).
Continues to quote government statistics to make his point.
What a fucking idiot.
If you quote a statistic to support are making then you must believe that the data is accurate.
