Yes there are injuries and excess death, but they already perfectly calculated the number beforehand so that it cannot be noticed ... at least so far.
You could say that a 50% increase in deaths (i.e. from 100 deaths a year to a 150 deaths a year) is hardly noticeable for the average person yet it wouldn't decrease the population anywhere near a billion.
Interesting, do you have a link to a Cliff High video pertaining that report (not that I'm too lazy to look at a report itself, but I know he typically puts out good video explanations of his information)? I haven't watched any of his stuff in probably six months or longer, but that guy is of course somebody who has been right about a lot of things.
