Zecharia Sitchin was the one who pulled this whole interpretation of Sumerian texts and made it into aliens and then it took off like wildfire. Jewish authors have done amazing deliberate feats of historical fabrications with Egyptian history.
Yes, there were past civilizations and some sort of cataclysms but are you 100% sure that out of planet aliens did the teaching an all? Are you absolutely certain about your references regarding the Annunaki and Elohim?
