Spanish drug company could easily set a "vaccination point" in HQ with their own employees with all necessary papers who would fake anything for their boss just for their salary
Boss of drug company who does not have active doctors as friends or business partners, who could make a real certificate without jab for a friend/partner is complete nonsence.
