That’s the fastest way to implement CBDC.

Run on bank.
Explain people that the bank is collapsing.
People demand to save their deposits.
Government offers CBDC in a form of compensation. Take it or lose.

In the Deep State shoe, trying to implement CBDC - I would write … a bank run manifesto.
