The longer this shit drags on, the more it seems that they're trying to create just what Orwell predicted: Permanent war in order to divide people, create constant fear and hate, drive the war economy, along with extreme reduction of living standards, ever increasing control over the masses and ever increasing power of government.

It's actually quite shocking how extreme hate propaganda has become in Eastern Europe. Referring back to Orwell, they've almost literally created a Goldstein figure and daily two minutes of hate is essentially a thing. Open expression of hate towards Russians is not only tolerated, but even promoted on an official level. Now they're also reinstating conscription.
