My boy went to a Christian Community school with professional teachers and parents heavily involved in the day to day.
Every two weeks we cooked a meal for the staff as part of the after school meeting.
We spent one day a month at the school, with children presenting their work.
I was a classroom assistant one afternoon each week.
And at the end of each term, deep cleaned the place - the children already did daily cleans of their classroom at the end of each day.
Sounds too good to be true. But then again, so is Christianity.
Glad to hear hope still remains in some schools.
