At least for me, the fact that it's published by The Intercept confirms it. But if anyone wants something more solid, here's what you're NOT going to get from this controversy: anyone going to prison, anyone paying a fine, anyone getting fired, anyone having to go with their manager to have a formal talk with the HR lady, etc, etc. That's because it's fake, and only enemies get punished for fake things.
