It's a well documented fact that cops act tough only when there's no chance at all of the cops being the ones that get hurt. If there is any chance the operation won't be a total turkey shoot for them, they run away like pussies returning only if they can procure military grade munitions. For example, at Waco they brought fucking tanks just to make sure nobody would harm a hair on their heads.
