If you actually read the article you would know that guns are a major factor in the increase.

nothing in the article states it's a major factor it just says deaths from fire arms, traffic accidents and poisoning.

if 2 children die from gunshots and 6 million from getting run over by geriatric people driving stoned on meds and 1 ate a tide pod. that sentence would be true.
