The moon is at about 10^-12 torr vacuum level.
At this level of vacuum all liquids off-gas and metals cold weld together from contact alone.
Rubber seals cannot be used, instead one time only metal seals that are perfectly clean must be used.
If the suit is pressurized to 1 atm, there will be a force of 2116 pounds per square foot outward.

NASA has a vacuum chamber that goes to 10^-6 torr. Do you think these suits would even work there?
