Atheists. If I was to show you evidence of creation would you change your mind? Are you open minded?
Have a look at the below book. Do you believe that a book like this could have been created from absolutely nothing? Can the pages, ink, colours, pictures, binding and cover all miraculously form out of pure chance? Being that the cover and pages miraculously formed themselves out of wood into paper of different compositions and then red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet ink fell from the sky and formed themselves into words and pictures on each of the pages?

Absolutely not. Obviously, a book like that could only be created through the work of an intelligent designer.
Well then how much greater is the delusion that our DNA could have formed out of nothing. DNA acts as a blueprint or recipe for a living thing. A human’s genetic code contains 6 billion letters or 6,709 text only books or 511 high quality digital photos. When multiplied by 40 trillion cells, this is 60 zettabytes of information. That's 60,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 bytes.
In the year 2020, all of the digital information contained in the entire world equated to about 40 zettabytes of information.. that's less information than what is contained in a single human body...
How could you argue that something as complex as life created itself by chance out of nothing? That is, unless you are wilfully ignorant because you are afraid of the truth and what it means for you...
...but there is hope. Our Creator is rich in mercy and forgiveness to those who believe the Gospel, repent of their sins, and put their faith in Jesus Christ.
I love you all and thank you for taking the time to read.
At the same time. How can you be so confident that the bible is correct.
Sure it has many truths in it, I even believe in some universal force, that we are all part of.
Calling it god, or giving it any human like quality's is just silly though, its more accurate to say that we are all a piece of god. Something the bible even says if I remember correctly.
I have a few problems though.
I find it hard to believe that god would create all of this, to give us one tiny little speck of it. I also find it hard to believe that when you die you either go to heaven or hell, basically on one thing.
Whether or not you "believe" in the one true god or not. Ive never seen angels, or heard god talk. Im really supposed to take all this on faith?
And finally, there are so many different religions through time, and the bible just seems to be another form of that. I really am seeking an idea that can unify all of those. I find it pretty smug to assume your religion is right and everyone else's is wrong. A mistake humans have made through time, over and over.
In regards to your first question about the Bible:
The Bible is God's inspired Word, inerrant in its original writing and the only authoritative and infallible rule of faith and conduct for humanity.
To date historians have roughly 25,000 manuscripts of New Testament books, far more than any other book from ancient history. This includes over 5800 Greek manuscripts of the New Testament, with an astounding 2.6 million pages of biblical text and an average size of 450 pages. Between these manuscripts there is an accuracy of 99.5%, making it the most accurate historical text that exists by orders of magnitude.
In regards to your question, none of the translations to other languages are perfect, only the original Greek version of the New Testament is, and the original Hebrew/Aramaic versions of the Old Testament are. However, some of the translations available to us are very good and accurate.
Even if we accept that God exists you'd have to explain how God was created. It's fun to think about this stuff but truthfully, it's a waste of time because we will never know the answer.
Logic only applies to things which we can actually see the logical progression with. Yes, it seems unlikely that humans just developed over time but if they were designed that way then there's no real conflict in the thinking and you don't have more answers than anyone else.
The real value in religion isn't the "how" but rather the "why". Stop trying to beat science at their game and stay in the metaphysical and morality game where science is useless.
Rather than focusing on things that are beyond our understanding and questions you could never answer without God first revealing it to you (perhaps God was never created and always was, is and will be?). Focus on the reality, is there evidence of God? If so, how has He revealed Himself to humanity? What is our purpose here in this world?
Why wouldn't this apply to the universe too? This is why thinking about shit this shit is pretty much pointless. Any hypothetical you come up with can have the same shit inverse as a rebuttal.
It's a spiritual thing and metaphysics. If we could prove God then what would be the point of God asking for you to have faith in him? This is not only a pointless question that doesn't have an answer but it's kinda the opposite of religion. Leave science for the physical world and follow God for the metaphysical world.
Science can't explain how we have consciousness, your hoping that it explains God?
Why do we need one?
Faith is a complete trust and surrender and is accompanied by obedience. Not a mere mental belief. Even the devils believe and tremble.
Uh, ok? Not entirely sure how this addresses what I said but ok then.
Delusion is trusting words written by men in power.
The majority of the Apostles were persecuted greatly and killed for their testimony, which they remained steadfast in until their deaths. That does not sound like "men in power".
a) solution (inception towards death) concentrates (life)...concentration (resistance) needs to resist wanted solution (temptation). Ignoring to resist solution, dilutes concentration.
b) perceiving choice exits at the center of perceivable balance (need/want), while being tempted by suggested imbalance (want vs not want)...once again ones need to resist want.
c) consenting to the suggestions of others, while ignoring perceivable, represents want and not want; trust and distrust; belief and disbelief; faith and doubt; submission and defiance; agreement and disagreement etc. Ignorance by consent to suggested represents the foundation of delusion; deception; misleading etc.
d) suggested words are shaped by free will of choice out of perceivable sound...representing spell-craft.
e) to write represents suggested symbolism; which tempts others to ignore perceivable symmetry. Motion represents enacting symmetry; everything within represents asymmetric reactions, struggling to sustain self (life) within symmetrical motion (inception towards death).
f) male (motion) to female (momentum) to trans (transmutation) sex (division).
g) power of temporary growth (resistance) within the power of ongoing loss (velocity) aka living within the process of dying.
The suggesting few are wielding the power of consent by the ignorant many aka if each one of the many consents by free will of choice to the suggested choices of the few, then that shapes the few into the "chosen ones".
Human intelligence is nothing more than an electrified conductive chemical material draped over the framework of gravitational and electromagnetic rules that necessarily exist by pure logic.
To say that the designer must have intelligence is to say that the universe must already have existed in order to provide the framework upon which His intelligence is built. Saying that God is intelligent is to say that he is limited and that He was born from the Universe, rather than that the Universe was born from Him.
If you pour water into a glass, and the water takes the shape of that glass, is this because the water is intelligent? What if you do cubes of ice into a glass? It doesn't take the shape of the glass. Is ice less intelligent because it doesn't fit?
God is a set of necessarily extant rules, postulates, and axioms which define the Universe, from the simplest 0 is not 1 and opposite charges attract all the way up to the quantum foam from which we roil and boil.
I am not an atheist, but I also don't practice the personification of the logical, mathematical God.
Love (want) implies versus Hate (not want) and is shaped by ones consent to ignore need (perceivable) for want (suggested). Ones struggle to sustain self, life and others represents the need to resist wanted temptations, hence balancing (need/want) as free will of choice.
Try aiming your love (want) or hate (not want) against thirst or hunger to be able to comprehend that you NEED to quench your thirst and still your hunger...no matter if you love or hate it.
a) a contradiction in terms, hence absolute (everything) not (nothing).
b) using "no; not; nothing; nothingness" implies ones consent to suggested creationism, from CREATE, verb - "to produce; to bring into being from nothing; to cause to exist".
c) nature represents producing from within everything, hence the whole (process of dying aka loss) producing each partial (living aka growth) within itself.
d) production of partial (form) within whole (flow) represents transmutation, hence flow to form (inception); form within flow (life) and form to flow (death)...alchemy.
a) ...binds those who consent to the suggestion thereof; while tempting one to ignore that nature sets free will of choice as perceiving partial into perceivable whole.
b) suggested words are shaped by free will of choice out of perceivable sound.
c) those who adapt to perceivable sound represent PHONETICIANS (from phonics; sound), while those who consent to suggested word-based "definitions" represent DEAF PHONETICIANS.
d) choice (consent) to choice (suggestion) binds the former to the latter, hence RELIGION, noun (Latin religio; to bind anew)...contract of consent among choices as the inversion of being choice (reaction) within balance (action).
e) rhetoric represents the mimicry of flow (sound) through form (words), hence spell-craft.
