Your "point by point" breakdowns are that autistic analysis I was referring to. First, it makes the fallacy of composition, and second, you think by making a wall of text it means you're being responsive to what the other person is saying. It's exactly the opposite. It shows your inability to think holistically, or engage someone on normal terms of human interaction.
