I’d buy a second house and sell it to them for that, yeah. I wouldn’t even care about the terms, because the loan would be paid off instantly. Then, given that I now know their address, I could kill them more easily, reclaiming the home after I get paid.

Not sure why people think that any solution which doesn’t end in their death is going to work for them.
