Never talk directly onto the phone, use a WIRED headset or speaker mode and phone far away from your head (BT is just more radiation, almost inside your skull, in the ear canal).

Don't wear phone on your body (back pocket, front pocket, bra for women, etc)
Turn off your Wifi on your router. Wire directly for better speed, connectivity and no radiation.
If you have a smart meter (electricity meter from electrical company), get a radiation reduction box on top of it (if it is located inside your living spaces)
