Most developed nations have a 3 year food supply and China is still at less than 2 years. That's why they're buying so much from Brazil and Argentina. A few agricultural pundits say it will take them another 10 years of aggressive grain purchases to catch up with the rest of the world. Now if they're willing to cull a large portion of their population, that could change. I know for the longest time our biggest export was gasoline to China. For years we wouldn't send them crude oil
If most developed nations have a 3 year food supply then why were European nations shitting their pants that they only had 3 weeks of grains left last summer.
Like someone claiming any country has a 3 year supply for food lol. Did you miss 2020? Did you see how fragile the supply chain is? Are you not paying attention to how countries are criminalizing responsible farming practices under the guise of environmentalism?
I never said we're going to get any of that food. We're on our own. Farmers keep grain in silos at the farm. BTW, I never missed a meal, did you? Shelves were mostly full the entire time and still are. Maybe 1 brand was out, but same product still in stock.
