Funny that mind controlled computing is not a new thing, and suddenly does not need any implants. EEG is pretty complex thing containing a lot of information perfectly useable for computer control and even DIYers successfully do that kind of stuff without billions of finacing for a long time.
But somehow nobody except enthusiasts are trying to decode EEG signals. Instead, without studying even that basic thing, corporations want to intrude right into the brain. It's like disassembling a car engine when it is necessary to just pump a flat tire.
Looks like they don't need any real results, just want to legalise the next, direct step of fucking your brain. They are not able and don't need to get a mind control or whatever pessimistic part of us think they want to do, they just want to fuck others brains deeper then they already do.
