Israel is what Earth used to be called in the before time, the long long ago (lol). The "12 tribes" are the 12 most significant "lost civilizations" (I use quotes because not all are "lost" per se, but all are significant nonetheless). I was thinking last night how we need to write a new constitution that LEARNS from all the mistakes and errors in the one adopted in 1788. Quite an undertaking.
This was the type of comment the feds would reply to with their bogus insurrection documents so they could later use it to smear patriots. Reference "1776 returns"

A constitutional convention could lead to a new constitution.
For example if demoKKKrats could get control of 75% of states they could cause convention and go ratify a new constitution.
The original constitution was supposed to just be amendments to the articles of confederation.
Some scholars argue that the articles of confederation were superior to the Constitution and that the forefathers deceived the nation and met and conspired and came back with new constitution which is not what the delegates were sent to do.
I think that elections need to be modified to require that a candidate get over 50% of the ELIGIBLE vote. that means if someone doesn't vote at all, that counts as a NO vote. This may lead many places to not have representation because none of the phony candidates from republican or demoKKKrat party could get 51% of eligible votes. Right now, they only get about 26% of eligible vote. Half people don't even bother voting for either of the fraud parties.
Then, with a shitty two party system, they wouldn't be able to form a quorum.
Power needs to be further decentralized. more powers locally, less powers federally. More power to the people in general.
And for now on legislation should require at least 67% approval or over two-thirds. This 51% crap means that half the population gets fucked. For now on, two-thirds should agree on legislation to make it good for at least two-thirds of the population.
Changes like that could fix a lot and solve the bi-partisan and require much more support for legislation and shitty laws to pass.
And the people should have some kind of mechanism to indict and prosecute criminals themselves. The DOJ is so corrupt that people should be allowed to indict and issue warrants and arrest criminal politicians themselves if the corrupt government is so fucking corrupt that the frauds just selectively prosecute and refuse to prosecute criminals such as hillary and biden and obama and hunter for their illegal wars and money laundering and blackmail and extortion and treating people unequally under the law.
Get rid of the standing federal militaries. Give states power over militias and their own navy ports and let state residents train and drill with their own weapons. Freedom of citizens not only to own and use firearms, but to practice formations, drill, train, organize, form ranks, and freedom of citizen militias. Make the government fear its own people.

For one, I would make it so that every 4 years, at least 75% of a state's residents must vote affirmative to remain a member in the union. Refusal to vote counts as a NO vote. Being a member state of the union has to be so advantageous to state residents that 75% of them agree and actively go vote.
If being part of the federal government is such a fucking ripoff, then the state will fail to recertify its membership. The Federal government has to be so respectful and such a great organization or else they lose all their state members and fuck off.
Let states leave the union. No Abraham Lincoln union armies to go attack your state if you tell them fuck their union you're leaving.
I'd also issue a new currency with General Robert E. Lee standing with his foot on Abraham Lincoln's head.

All rights are human rights. The government should only have powers specifically and explicitly enumerated and named.
That's what the Constitution is SUPPOSED to be. The addition of the first 10 amendments was not supposed to be necessary. One might again be added to my new Constitution, but it will be only a shortened list of the infinite powers retained in the people outside the specific, not broad, powers explicitly privileged to the government by permission of the people.
Also, the judges lie and try to trick jurors and use jury selection rules to rig jury trials. Juries should truly be made up of peers, randomly selected, and the jurors should be allowed to dismiss charges or find not guilty if the jury thinks the law itself is bullshit or the sentencing guidelines are bullshit. This would significantly reduce the power of government. Even if they passed bullshit laws we all disagreed with, they wouldn't be able to be found guilty in court of law. Jury would say fuck this law he's innocent. Fuck your mask mandate or vaccine mandate or stupid fucking ordinances passed by purple hair dykes. Case dismissed. Give juries more power. Strip that power away from fraud judges and dickhead prosecutors trying to coax innocent people into plea bargains for fear of cost of defense.
I'd also put in some kind of measure so that, at any time that government is abusing its power, a quorum of a communities long-term permanent residents can assemble in city hall and force action or override the abusive government if they can form a sufficient quorum.
