discussing necessary amendments or alterations or a new constitution is not illegal.

A constitutional convention could lead to a new constitution.

For example if demoKKKrats could get control of 75% of states they could cause convention and go ratify a new constitution.

The original constitution was supposed to just be amendments to the articles of confederation.

Some scholars argue that the articles of confederation were superior to the Constitution and that the forefathers deceived the nation and met and conspired and came back with new constitution which is not what the delegates were sent to do.

I think that elections need to be modified to require that a candidate get over 50% of the ELIGIBLE vote. that means if someone doesn't vote at all, that counts as a NO vote. This may lead many places to not have representation because none of the phony candidates from republican or demoKKKrat party could get 51% of eligible votes. Right now, they only get about 26% of eligible vote. Half people don't even bother voting for either of the fraud parties.

Then, with a shitty two party system, they wouldn't be able to form a quorum.

Power needs to be further decentralized. more powers locally, less powers federally. More power to the people in general.

And for now on legislation should require at least 67% approval or over two-thirds. This 51% crap means that half the population gets fucked. For now on, two-thirds should agree on legislation to make it good for at least two-thirds of the population.

Changes like that could fix a lot and solve the bi-partisan and require much more support for legislation and shitty laws to pass.

And the people should have some kind of mechanism to indict and prosecute criminals themselves. The DOJ is so corrupt that people should be allowed to indict and issue warrants and arrest criminal politicians themselves if the corrupt government is so fucking corrupt that the frauds just selectively prosecute and refuse to prosecute criminals such as hillary and biden and obama and hunter for their illegal wars and money laundering and blackmail and extortion and treating people unequally under the law.

Get rid of the standing federal militaries. Give states power over militias and their own navy ports and let state residents train and drill with their own weapons. Freedom of citizens not only to own and use firearms, but to practice formations, drill, train, organize, form ranks, and freedom of citizen militias. Make the government fear its own people.
