I remember being served chicken with bones when I was in elementary school, but never in high school… hmmm… does sound like a legal thing. Us Americans sue over everything. My guess is the retarded and autistic kids raised on “tendies” broke their teeth and choked and sued the shit out of them at some point. Injury lawyers are a real problem here and I think it had a large part to contribute to US workplace covid policy.

Legal Lesson de jour: In civil trials, a jury of only 10/12 has to agree on a verdict, not 12/12 like a criminal trial. THEN the same jury gets to decide damages… THE AMOUNT of untaxed compensation paid by the party being sued. The only state that caps payouts is Delaware, hence all US corporations are chartered there.
Thank you for clarification. That strange for me, being in school (there is one 11 year school in Russia, no elementary/high division) we was served with everything adults eat, including miscelaneous fish and chicken and fruits with bones and clingstones. Nobody even never thought about any risks, or suing, even if somebody choked, that was not big deal, just part of education - be careful, don't eat in hurry. And there was medical room with a doctor in every school in case things go bad, but I don't remember a case it was ever needed for something connected with food. So that sentence was very strange for me and catch my eye.
The wing basket was always too expensive for me. Def the best thing they sold at my schools tho. Years later it was funny hearing broke rappers talking about splitting it with a friend because it was that good lol.

Nope, this is literally how Africans behave. It’s genuinely not a stereotype; it’s “being a nigger.” They do it constantly, everywhere, at every socioeconomic level. The richest tier of blacks (10M and above) commit more crime than the poorest tier of whites. Always have.
As for chicken with bones, yeah, children are too stupid to not choke to death on them, and schools refuse to be liable for the health and safety of their newest batches of goyslaves. Parents send their spawn off to school to be brainwashed with the understanding that they don’t have to parent anymore. And schools brainwash with the understanding that they’re not liable for the parenting of the children.
So no one gets parented.
