I agree that there has been no come out and say it regarding revealing the true enemies and this is a problem. However, it does make sense that you would keep this part of your hand hidden for as long as possible also, there are certainly risks to reveal it.
I am waiting for the escalation to reach the crescendo, I feel that this is where we will see some of these chips land and produce some clarity on what is happening.
I do not fault Russia for producing all these criminals at the global stage, There has been many from many nations and they continue to gather forces and subvert all systems. After thousands of years of religious battles we have to recognize the war is real and unending.
There is a group seeking supremacy and they use all the countries and their assets to further the overarching goal.

I think it is barely possible in existing system, since it is ultimately based on kakistocracy. At every single point is designed so, that only worst could make any carrier. From bottom to top, from left to right and from far to near. Even voting designed so, that only those who lie more could win, and there are even no any ways for voter to check if his vote was counted and counted correctly, not talking about further validation.
There should be some breakthrough invention to get rid of kakistocracy completely. Something like in "A Ticket to Tranai" by R.Sheckley
I will go one further, it is extremely unlikely that change can manifest inside this system. I am more inclined to think we need a different system.
It is like the star wars claim where Darth Vader did not use the death star, a group of people presented him with a petition signed by thousands and he agreed that the death star was no good and everyone lived happily ever after.
