I guess it isn't ready to take over the world yet. It's more than an issue of not having the most up to date data since that library is over 3 years old. Yet the code it gave me is useless. Seems to be a problem of integrity.

In this context, we're talking about libwebp bindings as a Rust dependency. And based on the official rust library referenced by the AI itself that does not go to 0.3.0. https://crates.io/crates/libwebp
If it couldn't be bothered to use its own referenced material to provide the correct version (0.1.2) of the crate, or use it for the correct syntax, this thing has some major flaws.
The thing is it had the correct url for where to get all the information, which it referenced to me, https://crates.io/crates/libwebp
So it could have just used the stored information from that page to know the latest version of the rust bindings is 0.1.2 and it had a full working code example for half of what I was asking it to do.
a) artificial cannot free the natural from an obligation or duty, it can only suggest apology/excuse.
b) EXCUSE aka EX (out of) CAUSOR (cause) implies naturally perceivable...not artificially suggested.
KNOWL'EDGE, noun - "perception of that which exists"...an artificial suggestion cannot perceive natural.
