That have nothing to do with 5G. that MDLEDs will light up with any microwave radiation, 5G, 4G, 3G, WiFi, microwave oven and so on. And you need 65W of microwave for 30 minutes on 14 25x7mm capsules to kill E.Coli in 350ml per minute flow. Seriously?
You can't make something that gather microwaves that is much smaller than 1/4 microwave length. And lower the length of microwaves, the lower penetration they have into conducting body. If you make any device small enough to be able to hide in some jab, than you will have no way to get to them with microwaves because human body will effectively shield them from your microwaves.
Also, something tell me that 65W of 2.4Mhz will perfectly kill E.Coli without any MDLEDs at all. They "forgot" to do control experiment without their capsules. :)

I perfectly can. Because 5G gives absolutely nothing better than 4G without upgrading backbone of cellular network. You can't utilise 4G yet, not because your device can't and not because base station can't, but because connections between base stations and upstream can't, especially in suburban and rural areas. Replacing 4G wihth 5G gives absolutely nothing that could be somehow connected with all that brain chips.
