Idk i think TINA and secular demographics create sustained buying pressure. If rates continue to ride then this seems inevitable. Long term it will be systemically deflationary due to a variety of factors
If only there was someone with the ability to regulate this sort of thing. Probably would be best if we all got together and decided who that would be. We could even vote on it, and then pay them a ridiculous amount of money in salary and provide them with government resources so they would act in our best interests.
