He isn't. Go watch IndustryHoax on YouTube. No blood in car? Story doesn't add up? His family connected to the FBI? Tupac was a glowie.

Reminds me of the Elvis is still alive crowd. Someone like Tupac who loved the spot light and being top dog just dipping out to a witness protection program? It just reeks of bullshit.
