To make it look real, like they are having challenges in development. The robots are real, dont get me wrong, but they cant move like that. Look at the way it moves, flails its arms like a human when falling? Tries to catch it’s fall? It’s a robot, they dont feel pain. Watch it again, it’s Disney’s Pixar bro. The supposed purpose of these is to go into radiated areas like fukishima, but we all know they are wanting to use them as a police force. I just dont see how it will be cost effect with no fossil fuel to power them, or replace batteries.
