I honestly think it is a group that we do not know the name of. They recruit out of everything and everyone. Their belief system is "Some one must be on top, It might as well be me." Recruitment in to the club is based on results and usefulness to move people. This is not limited to an ethnicity or system of belief. They use ritual and "beliefs" to identify each other and create an atmosphere of secrecy to control the next level beneath them, but true belief is not real.

What was interesting, these patents weren't about changing people, they were looking for something that they found out how thru eyeballs. So, they look for special beings everywhere.
