I believe that's in reference to Nancy saying she wants to be ambassador to Italy. That in itself struck me as a weird career move, but I think she suspects the "hammer" is coming for her too.
Italy will extradite to the US, but my speculation is that she may be seeking the protection of family ties back in the old country:

That makes sense. Though it also fits fringe theories of sending her to someplace like Guantanamo bay. Which is why it seemed so odd to hear him say this.
If you've got an open mind to the fringe stuff, the story gets very strange. This site has reported that Paul was arrested and is now in GTMO, and that the whole "hammer" story was concocted from nothing just to get everyone to believe, well, anything other than the truth:

Personally, I believe that's the case. If you examine the evidence and narratives that come by, you can compare them to that thesis.
For example, an 82yo man gets bashed in the head by a hammer, undergoes surgery, and gets out of the hospital after 3 days? And for people obsessed with public image, they don't bother publishing a pic of the happy couple reunited? Seems more consistent with the Pelosi in Gitmo story, doesn't it?
As for Nancy and her ultimate fate, who the hell knows? What I keep in mind, though, is that there's a very deep, very dangerous game being played, and trying to get any evidence of what's really going on is like scratching dust off of concrete.
Submission Statement: "Nancy got fired and is on her way to foreign lands" is a very odd statement to make.
