The race thing.. you go down back alleys see these foreign cultures hanging out in backyards. They ain't buddies with white people like they try to shove down your throat in every movie and youtube ads before you go to watch a video. Often with the cross breeding of races in those ads. But you can't exactly shag a hot asian chick if you're a white guy. That ain't happening. So, they're way more racist.

Then ya got the jobs where if you a foreign culture becomes the boss, they only hire their buddies who speak the same language. It's bad around here with the Phillipinos. Go to like walmart, or something, like superstore here in Canada is pretty bad. Every employee is the same race, all the cashiers talking to each other in that Phillipino language. Go around the store, no white employee.

How about black people.. try to be their buddy at work. It ain't happening. They fucking hate white people, ok. Guys from India.. where they work.. it ain't fuckin happening you trying to get a job there. Like these Taxi companies. Call a cab it 'll be one of these guys. The beer vendor down the street.. those delivery driver guys, they're all from India cause those own the place.

How about the gays.. if you're not gay, they fuckin hate you. They think you hate them cause they're gay. Or how about if they're a butch or lesbian chick who's "not hot".. they ain't gonna like you because they think you're not attracted to them because they're not hot.

Fat people too, eh. They think you don't like them cause they're fat.. so they have fuckin attitude. Like if you gotta work with these types.. they're all pissy.

Lately I notice another thing that you can't talk about out there. It's this being forced to tip. Like at a restaurant. They're already being paid minimum wage. They're bringing this from there like how many feet. And it's this fucking highway robbery that's worse than the governement with "taxes". You have to pay what, 10%! Plus they're already getting paid minimum wage. Everybody else who works for minimum wage, they don't get "extra", ok. why the fuck should these people get it.

I work this super crazy assed hard labour job. Since I been there 4 years.. it's literally a new guy a week, ok. That's how many over that time. 50 a fuckin year.. couple hundred but it's more than that. Probably like fuckin 300.

How about delivery drivers.. same shit. Saw something in this bing browser I fire up for crypto graphs where I do 4 windows of 6 binance charts and can see the top 24 gainers. Before it starts they have this bing bullshit and you'll see interesting articles. Saw something last week about this bitch who ordered 15 bucks and tipped 5. The guy left a paper saying minimum is 10 bucks. Today saw an article of a guy on tiktok trying to talk about this tipping bullshit and you can picture the "backlash".

That's where I was thinking.. this is like the fuckin races or the gays and fat people where you can't talk about it. What the fucking deal is up with that.

The delivery drivers are getting annoying too there with their fucking "percentage". Those guys it's more acceptable cause I don't know but they probably gotta pay gas and run their car. I still don't like tipping these guys though eh.. they're already fucking getting paid. Why the fuck should these assholes get "extra" when other types don't.

I worked courier for a few years. Drove half a dozen vehicles into the ground. Then got like 3 brand new priuses in later years. I never fucking got tipped once. And I didn't get paid minimum wage. The gas on vans was like 75 bucks every 2-3 days. I'd go across town for an envelope. I was getting like 700 every couple weeks and this was "good".

Later after the courier I was delivering baggage for their account with Air Canada airline. When a plane is full some baggage can come on the later flight. I'd call them from there trying to arrange dropping off their bags within whatever time frame. You can picture how lovely that was with a whole fucking back of your van and gotta get it to them. Across town. I'd get 7 bucks a delivery. Some of this fuckin shit.. like foreign people moving.. with a dozen huge fuckin boxes.. up 3 flights of stairs. Not once in this whole job of a couple years did I get a fucking tip. No lying either.

After that did the newspaper for 9 years. Last few years was doing 2 papers. You want getting paid shit.. how about 1 paper in a stinky block.. go up 3 storeys.. down the hall.. get 25 cents for that fucking call. lol. Get out of the car couple hundred times a nite. The other paper on saturdays going to the airport for that call.. whole load filled.. that call was fuckin 50 cents. Then had to go back to the depot for the rest of the run. Wasn't collecting so never met them. At xmas the really odd one would have an envelope with a 5 dollar bill taped to the door. You wouldn't get tipped, yet you're a delivery driver.

So I don't like tipping these assholes who are already getting paid.

Plus I'm working for minimum wage with this shit job.. there's literally no extra money if you add it up over a month.

What's going on now is this no car.. I bike it to work all winter. I'll get groceries in this 65 liter coleman backpack that can raise up. I work nights and finish at 6am. Walmart used to open at 6 but superstore 7. So I'd get groceries on the way back. Now walmart started opening at 7. I'll have to run around on the weekend.

Noticed this instacart where they deliever from these places. Tested it out. At the end it says.. "tip". It highly suggests 10%. oh great.. let's say my bill is 150 for a week.. that's 15 bucks. That's like a big pack of fucking ground beef. I'm just handing to this guy who's obviously getting paid already because they wouldn't make it, supposedly "optional". It says, very highly recommended because higher tips are more likely to get delivered. So what I did to not be a "schmuck".. was gave him 5 bucks no matter what it was.. and was like 140.. but bit more than what I'd fit in my huge backpack. So he wasn't doing a bunch of trips back and forth to the car, ok. I don't like it though cause if you do that 4 times over a month.. now this is less fucking food for me, ok. It's already pretty bad.

I don't have to pay the guy, standing there with the debit then seeing the look on his face when it's, lol.. "no tip". Plus gas is pretty bad these days. You pay this shit before so he just hands it off.

But, you can picture if you do "no tip", eh.. he'll be an asshole.. get you the worst produce he can. Who knows what else. So.. you're kind of forced.. where I'll give them the 5 bucks cause in winter here -20c all fuckin winter, here in Winnipeg.. I never noticed this service before.. and I turned 50 last year.. it's a fuckin pain in the ass biking this 4km there, and 4km back.. like 2-3 times on the fucking weekends, when I already gotta deal with damn dishes and laundry, down couple storeys to the basement. So.. I'll give the guy this 5 bucks. But I don't fuckin like it. lol.

Restaurants though.. they're already getting paid. I don't do restaurants.. but I don't like this being forced to give them this fucking highway robbery of "percentage" like the fucking government with "taxes". ok. Let's say you get a lot of shit.. how much do these bitches get, ok. Plus most probably pay "more" if they go there or they'll be pissy the next time. They write down what they want.. then go how many feet to bring it. Like come on. It's no hard fucking labour that demands you get this fucking forced highway robbery. If you don't tip you'll almost get stabbed in the parking lot by who knows who. lol
