There is a book out I recommend on this topic by Dr. Paul Thigpen, called "Extraterrestrial Intelligence and the Catholic Faith: Are We Alone in the Universe with God and the Angels?"
In short, though, Christ's sacrifice to redeem humanity does not preclude, or prevent other plans for other species.
Some say the government is keeping aliens evidence from the world because it would shatter people's religious faith. If that is true, they are very, very wrong. Thigpen is convinced aliens have visited, but remains open to the possibility he's wrong. Most of the book is spent covering the theology of the matter.

There are two words in the Bible that translate to "God" -- Elohim & Yahweh. Elohim is plural.
Perceivable sound (process of dying) carries from one place to another; suggested words (living) are being removed when transferring.
Consider a) that nature doesn't brand itself when communicating itself (perceivable) to everything (perceiving) within, and b) that every brand (suggested idol) contradicts the first commandment. The "god" one consents to allow others to suggest brands for; doesn't use brands to communicate.
We Humans alone are made in God's image. Any aliens that exist would have the divine purpose of serving us, and we would have the divine purpose of protecting them.
We are made in his divine image by our free will and conscience merged with a rational soul. Aliens could have the same, but have six legs for all we know.
I wouldn't put another intelligent species on par with the animals, which do not have rational souls, that God gave us dominion over, and I believe that would only apply to ones on Earth anyway.
Until God says the aliens have souls, I can't assume they do. The Bible only says Humans.
Not that I believe we will ever meet aliens. The universe is for mankind.
Animals have souls, but they don't have rational souls. Only humans have rational souls.
As to you second point, that's an entirely possible solution, so to speak, for the Fermi Paradox.
Retarded. For one thing it's unverifiable, thus unknowable. But here you are pushing that nonsense because you can't think for yourself
Lot's of things are unverifiable, you fuckwit, such as whether you are real or just a brain in jar in a simulation. But, here you are thinking that you're smart or something.
So u admit you're wrong. Thank you
Rational aka reasoning implies agreement vs disagreement over suggested? Hold your breath and reason about agreeing (want) vs disagreeing (not want) to breathe and wait until the need to breathe will force you to adapt.
What if reason doesn't represents something humans have; but the consequence of them choosing to ignore perceivable for suggested?
Tell me...what within perceivable nature requires those within to reason over? What does it matter to the process of dying (perceivable) if the living (perceiving) are agreeing or disagreeing with being processed?
What if....possible problem (living) within definite solution (process of dying)?
a) PAR'ADOX, noun [Greek beyond and opinion.] aka being able to have opinions (living) about beyond (process of dying) allows partial to grow discernment while being within whole...unless ignored.
b) what if it's not EV'IDENCE, noun [Latin evidentia, from video, to see.] aka being able to perceive perceivable that is lacking, but the comprehension of each perceiving partial about the perceivable whole?
c) Enrico Fermi's "advisors" aka Max Born and Paul Ehrenfest...both jewish.
Interesting....
Meanwhile....AN'IMAL, noun [Latin anima, air, breath, soul.] - "an organized body, endowed with life and the power of voluntary motion; a living, sensitive, locomotive body".
On the other hand...HU'MAN, adjective [Latin humanus; Heb. form, species.] What does form imply? Formed (life) within flow (inception towards death), hence ANIMATED.
What if the few suggest humans vs animals to distract the many from comprehending to be animal (animated) human (form)?
a) wouldn't "any" others contradict being "alone"?
b) what if alone represents ALL (in) ONE? Could different partials (living) within the same whole (process of dying) represent "all for one and one for all"?
a) https://pic8.co/sh/j071W6.jpg
b) does the process of dying serve the living and are the living protected within the process of dying?
Yeah, they are taking the simplistic approach that aliens are of gods creation.
But thats not the problem... the problem is, these aliens may likely be responsible for "spurring" our evolution. Sure we likely would have got here on our own eventually, but all signs seem to point to some kind of interference from something.
What if it turns out these aliens did create us? How will these Abrahamic religions evolve once they know that everything they are based on is from these creators.
There is a reason once the bible became big, they destroyed most artifacts and sites (or built over them) and killed anyone who practiced the old "pagan" religions. You know, the ones where there were multiple gods. Not just one almighty creator god.
I remember years ago commenting in r/conspiracy that god may be an alien.
And people lost their shit ^^. Modern religions would crumble over night.
I think its just as plausible as a man who lives in the clouds.
One of the best episodes of the orville, an old sci fi with seth macfarlane in it, is an episode called the church of kelly.....
It do be like that.
If you want to talk about if Jesus was a time traveler with fantastic technology or an alien with healing powers, etc. then that's reframing the issue.
Either way, God exists outside of space and time. If aliens were spurring evolution and acting like the Vorlons in Babylon 5, then they weren't "god". It could very well be, like God using evolution as the mechanism by which humanity came to be, that aliens were part of that.
Which is getting way ahead of things anyway. I personally believe there are enough holes in evolution that the process existing is unlikely. Not even getting into the possibility of aliens guiding our evolution yet. If that were the case though you are right, it ultimately wouldn't change anything.
I could be God as much as aliens, guiding our evolution.
Wouldn't they be able to use the Latin ALIENUS; from ALIUS - "another" to discern that everything outside oneself represents another?
How is it "their" faith if what they have faith in was suggested to them by others? Wouldn't that imply that it's the faith of those suggesting others and consenting just piggybacks along?
That's like a guy on a skateboard holding onto a sports-car saying "I'm driving it; aren't I?"
For starters, they didn't do it all it Latin, and even if you read Thomas Aquinas, who wrote in Latin and did ponder this issue, the language has enough variability that he could get his point across.
If you're suggesting that anything that you believe that you don't come up with yourself is a false belief, then that has to be one of the dumbest things I have ever seen you write. The entirety of human civilization, indeed what makes us human, is language and culture transmitted to children and adults as they learn. A baby never exposed to language, never learns to speak.
I think it's a human, who uses AI generated text to supplement. Like a post modern text generator.
