I was also here before for like a year as "funturistic".
a) can something exist outside of energy (inherent power)?
b) where within energy could energy be removed to and wouldn't the power used to moved energy imply the use of energy?
c) RE (response to) MOVE (being moved) aka the living response to being moved within the process of dying.
a) the process of dying represents the perceivable matrix for the living "souls" within; while SOUL (spirit; spiro; to breathe) implies adaptation of living to the process of dying.
b) if the perceiving (soul) ignores perceivable (matrix) for suggested; then ones mind is bound to the suggested; hence tempted into a containment box.
c) choice (consent) to choice (suggestion) contract law gives those suggesting control over those consenting.
I've concluded that the entire "Dulce base" story is disinformation. I don't rule out that there may be an underground base there, but in addition to rock and dirt it's overlaid with a mountain of bullshit.
I say that to make the point that if you validate the original story and more closely examine it for veracity, you may come to the same conclusion as I did. If so, you may save yourself the effort of evaluating the far more esoteric issue you raised, or at least doing so based on a narrative from the creative writing department at Langley.
