The purpose of paying someone just enough to survive until the next paycheck is to force compliance and obedience. It's the modern equivalent of slavery. Those cops are only thinking about their next paycheck.
I disagree. They are all cuck wageslaves. Even if they get it they will do nothing until given permission.
