Let's try some etymology.

"Phillies"

Philistines are ancient people from the Levant, the modern day Palestinians.

Philadelphia - Philos / Delphi

Translation: Loving Delphi

Another word for Delphi is Pythia.

Translation: Loving the Python (Snake).

"Phillies win" can be a metaphor for Islam having world favor over Israel.
