Doesn't Elon have a transsexual son?

I doubt he even spends much time with his own children. So it's not directly his fault, but indirectly it is. He had the means to fight harder for custody and protect his sons from angry ex-girlfriends who wanted to sterilize his children if he wouldn't stay with them.
