I am not sure what you mean.
Syria and Assad was the first global failure of the nato. This is known worldwide and we are watching the effect that had on nato unfold. nato is finished.
Gadaffi and Libya was basically the last success. It come at a huge cost and precipitated many more events some yet to come.
I am not going to give him anything for being against it, it is likely he was playing the other side.

In all seriousness, the removal of the systems in place in the country suffices to me as job complete. I cannot recall any real goals for those locations aside from suppress and destroy anything that would enable them to live as a normal society, that stuff was surely done.
