Isn't this that Diia app where you already could snitch on neighbour that is not enough enthusiastic about Ukrainian government?
Funny because this was after Hong Kong had their vaccine passports (which are OBVIOUSLY used for the Great Reset, as in the complete annihilation of the economy).
They're at war, it would be hard at this time of the day.
