The bible accurately records the ages of major characters....and they lived hundreds of years. Noah for instance was still around when nimrod came to power I believe. Trey Smith has written a lot about this and has done archeological work that explains that the earth is not as old as we've been led to believe. He has some videos on youtube you can watch. Very interesting stuff.

You’re looking to a massively changed over time propaganda book claiming knowledge and facts with the worst proof ever, and thinking it’s true. Stop ascribing human traits to a universe and reality creating phenomenon. There is zero evidence your “god” has any human qualities much less any for it giving a shit about you or any individual at all.
You're entitled to your opinion....but spewing forth vitriol about it is not very nice to say the least and there's no need for it. There's a lot of people devoted to studying the scriptures...some are actually smarter than you and I think we are.....and they've figured out things which cannot be explained by your so called science. Some of these men and women of faith I respect greatly.....in fact I think that teaching people the difference between right and wrong is one of the most important things in life.....How do you thank somebody for that?....I think it's rather rash to dismiss them so lightly.
You ascribe only to them what positives you yourself wish to be recognized for, and I see you fail to mention a single negative to keep them grounded and on par with the rest of us mere mortals. That you’re on the conspiracy section of this website and aren’t starting off your search for the real answer with dismissing everything you can read and be taught by those in authority as possibly but most probably corrupted to suit an agenda and not the real truth is quite frankly disappointing. Only if you believe the bible. Human ego and hubris makes people want to think the creator of the universe and reality is just like them. There’s no logical reason for an entity that can manipulate energy to be anything like a human. Only wishful thinking would lead to that conclusion.
