If this is their attempt at Project Bluebeam, it's going to have to be a lot more extravagant than a few bright LED's in the clouds
They're just about done with the 30k satellite projector and just about finished injecting the world population with graphene so they could wirelessly send audio to your head. Project blue beam is going to come soon.
