Former head of the Delaware National Guard, Carol Timmons, recalled barricading herself inside the cockpit of Flight 23 on 9/11 after a flight attendant reported four unruly passengers. The plane was evacuated during a ground stop and the problematic passengers managed to escape but weapons and ties were found in their luggage, Timmons claimed.
