Revelations is right again.
There are more than a few independent shops (mostly food and beverages) in Manhattan (NYC) that refuse cash.
I'm sure they tweaked the.law. They do do.that.
possibly - that's a pretty big tweek with a lot of ramifications.

How about the government not owning any companies, but they clearly own companies. That's a pretty big one too that has been tweaked for sure. Who knows where though, some pork barrel bullshit, no doubt.
