It is possible that a curved (and reflective) firmament could be involved in the curved rainbow, but it is by no means necessary/certain.
The rainbow is actually circular, and the bottom typically gets clipped off by the ground due to the angle of the light.
The rainbow is circular because the refractor/prism (water droplets) has a circular (-ish) cross section.
There are a few threads about the topic (both rainbows and the firmament) over on flatearthresearch you may want to check out and/or contribute your thoughts/questions to!
Exactly. If you go out and make a rainbow with your water hose, it will act the same. There may be a firmament, no clue. Rainbows aren't proof of it though.
I don’t know why pics come in upside down?

I think the firmament is most likely part of the Electric Universe Theory. The purple dawn.

No disputing that
Those were spectacular!
A pressurized system can not exist next to a vacuum without a solid container or barrier. No gas known to man has that ability.
My thoughts: learn optics.

do NOT do this. it makes the water gay.
LMFAO.
That is all.
The rainbow is curved because the earth is so flat that there isn't anymore flatness for the rainbow to use, so it has to curve by default.
Clearly. Mmm, quite.
Thanks there, shill for Big Agua
